## Monte-Carlo Resort Giant Revamps Leadership, Names Albert Manzone Chief Executive

Signaling a fresh chapter, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has selected seasoned leader Albert Manzone as its next Chief Executive Officer. With an extensive background including executive positions at prominent companies like PepsiCo, Davidoff, and Novartis, Manzone officially assumes the role on April 12th, as verified by Vice-Chairman Stéphane Valeri.

Manzone’s selection comes with a wide-ranging directive to supervise all facets of the luxury hospitality group’s activities. From the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo to its esteemed hotels, dining establishments, and entertainment spaces, Manzone will guide the company towards sustained prosperity and operational efficiency. His purview also encompasses critical areas such as finances, branding, technological advancement, and personnel management.

This leadership transition extends beyond the top position. The group also revealed the designation of Virginie Cotta-Magossi as the new General Secretary, while incumbent COO Pascal Camia will shift to the position of Director of Global Expansion.

These selections are part of a broader organizational realignment within the group, with intentions to unveil a new Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Information Officer shortly.

This surge of transformation commenced earlier this year when Valeri himself assumed the role of Vice-Chairman, succeeding Jean-Luc Biamonti upon his departure. When appointed in January, Valeri conveyed his privilege in heading the company, recognizing his family’s profound historical connections to the group. He also acknowledged Biamonti’s impact, attributing the company’s robust financial standing and promising growth potential to his leadership.

“It is with great privilege that I accept this position, recognizing the confidence the leadership team has bestowed upon me. I am keenly aware of the significance of this role and am fully committed to devoting myself to the ongoing prosperity of Monaco’s financial landscape.”

These feelings were echoed by Pascal Camia, the organization’s Head of Operations, during a conversation with *Gaming Insider* at the GI Huddle gathering, part of the ICE London expo in February.
