A prominent force in gaming technology and software, Ags Technologies, has revealed the selection of David Bayne as their latest Chief Financial Officer. Bayne contributes a breadth of knowledge to the position, having formerly acted as Corporate Finance Managing Director at a variety of financial institutions.
Before joining Ags, Bayne held the title of Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at B. Riley Securities. His notable background also encompasses roles like Managing Director at Roth Capital Partners, where he supervised all gaming, leisure, and lifestyle analysis, and comparable positions at both Sterne Agee and Merrill Lynch. Bayne is broadly acknowledged for his extensive understanding within the slot machine and gaming equipment provision sector.

Bayne earned a Juris Doctorate in Corporate Law from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and an MBA with a focus in Finance from Pepperdine University.
