AXL Affiliates, a prominent entity in the internet gaming industry, recently made a significant move by purchasing Astute Media, a media conglomerate headquartered in the UK, for an unprecedented £22 million. This acquisition is noteworthy due to Astute Media’s extensive reach through its twelve subsidiary enterprises, which collectively generate an astounding nine billion advertising impressions worldwide each day. AXL Affiliates is evidently aiming to penetrate emerging markets and reinforce its standing as a frontrunner in the sports wagering affiliate domain.
This is not AXL’s inaugural foray into acquisitions. They have been on a buying spree, securing companies such as TipsBettingMedia Ltd and the well-regarded affiliate platform oddstake.com earlier this year.
Alex Munteanu, the founder and CEO of AXL Affiliates, is justifiably enthusiastic about this acquisition, characterizing it as a “transformative leap” towards attaining dominance in the global iGaming affiliate market. He anticipates that this strategic maneuver will double the number of prospective clients they can connect with their iGaming collaborators. Munteanu confidently asserts that AXL will be directing ten times the current traffic volume to its partners within a matter of weeks following the finalization of the deal.
The organization, AXL Group, anticipates reaching more than 25,000 potential customers monthly through natural growth by the middle of 2018.
